Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative in Ohio to conduct in-home consultations and recommend Culligan water treatment solutions. You will build lasting relationships, pursue leads, and drive sales through effective communication of product benefits.

A valid driver's license, HS diploma, and at least 1 year of sales experience are required; training and a robust benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• 1 year of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend Culligan water treatment solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of Culligan products.
• Stay informed about developments in water treatment technology and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth setup of water treatment systems.
