Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years related experience in repairs (carpentry, drywall, texture repair, painting).
• Valid driver's license and a vehicle to travel among communities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and warranty applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate homeowner repair issues to determine warrantable items.
• Process work orders and instructions from supervisor for homeowner repairs.
• Perform necessary repairs or schedule subcontractors for warranty work.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors for designated warranty repairs.
• Ensure all repairs comply with standards and contractor obligations.
• Develop and maintain rapport with subcontractors and homeowners.
• Follow up with homeowners to address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process charge-back documentation and invoices.
