Carma Warranty in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Home Warranty Sales Representative to join our on-site team. This full-time role focuses on handling inbound calls from mailers, educating customers on warranty options, and guiding them through the sales process.

No home warranty experience is required as paid training is provided, and there is a strong emphasis on closing and meeting performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in Tax Resolution, Student Loans, Debt Resolution, or similar industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.

Position Overview

Carma Warranty is seeking motivated, competitive, and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team as Home Warranty Sales Representatives at our Santa Ana office.

This is a high-earning, performance-based sales opportunity for individuals who know how to communicate, build rapport, and close. Candidates with experience in Tax Resolution, Student Loans, Debt Resolution, call center sales, or other high-volume sales environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

No home warranty experience? No problem - we provide paid training.

Our representatives work with inbound calls generated from mailers. There is no cold calling. You will speak with prospective customers and help them select home warranty coverage that fits their needs.

Key Responsibilities
