Job summary

Carma Warranty is seeking motivated, results-driven Home Warranty Sales Representatives to join our Santa Ana office. This is a high-earning, performance-based sales role with inbound calls from mailers and no cold calling; training is provided.

You will educate customers on coverage options, identify needs, and guide them through the purchase process. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, on-site in Santa Ana, CA with $1,500–$5,000 weekly potential and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Experience in Tax Resolution, Student Loans, Debt Resolution, or similar industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• Must be able to work on-site in Santa Ana, CA.

Carma Warranty is seeking motivated, competitive, and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team as Home Warranty Sales Representatives at our Santa Ana office.

This is a high-earning, performance-based sales opportunity for individuals who know how to communicate, build rapport, and close. Candidates with experience in Tax Resolution, Student Loans, Debt Resolution, call center sales, or other high-volume sales environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

No home warranty experience? No problem - we provide paid training.

Our representatives work with inbound calls generated from mailers. There is no cold calling. You will speak with prospective customers and help them select home warranty coverage that fits their needs.
