Job summary

The VNA Health Group is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bergen County, New Jersey. You will provide compassionate home health care under RN supervision, coordinate with a caring team, and support patients toward recovery and well-being.

Candidates must have an NLN-accredited LPN program, active NJ licensure, and 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing. Strong communication and computer skills are required.

Who We’re Looking For:

We want someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and making a positive impact in the lives of patients. The ideal candidate will have:

• Education & Licensing: Graduation from an NLN-accredited LPN program with active New Jersey LPN licensure.
• Experience: 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience. Home care or hospice experience is a plus!
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.
• A Team Player: Ability to collaborate and foster positive, professional relationships.
• Driver’s License & Transportation: You'll need a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
