VNA Health Group is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Homecare team in Somerset County. You will deliver skilled nursing care under RN guidance, travel to patient homes, and support attainment of care goals with compassion.

Qualifications

• NLN-accredited LPN program with active NJ license.
• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care experience; homecare/hospice a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bringing care plans to life under RN guidance.

This position would be responsible for providing quality care and home health nursing care services under the direction of a Registered Nurse or an Advanced Practice Nurse.
