Job summary

The VNA Health Group is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bergen County. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered home health care under RN supervision, supporting recovery and quality of life.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing, NJ LPN licensure, and strong communication. A driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an NLN-accredited LPN program with active New Jersey LPN licensure.
• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience; home care or hospice a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, good computer skills, and organizational ability.
• Team player with ability to collaborate and build professional relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care under the direction of Registered Nurses, ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Assist clients with preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Collaborate with a caring team to deliver coordinated care.
