Job summary

VNA Health Group in Middlesex County, New Jersey, is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered home health care under RN supervision.

The ideal candidate has NJ LPN licensure, NLN-accredited program, 2+ years Med/Surg or acute care experience, and strong communication and computer skills. Valid driver's license for local travel; tuition reimbursement and development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• NLN-accredited LPN program graduate with active NJ licensure.
• Minimum 2 years med/surg or acute care nursing experience.
• Home care or hospice experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, computer and organizational skills.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience. Home care or hospice experience is a plus!

• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.

• A Team Player: Ability to collaborate and foster positive, professional relationships.

• Driver’s License & Transportation: You’ll need a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
