Job summary

VNA Health Group is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Homecare team in a full-time role. You will deliver quality home health nursing under the direction of a Registered Nurse, helping patients live safely at home and regain independence.

We value patient-centered care and offer tuition reimbursement, online CE, mileage reimbursements, and retirement plans. Travel is required as part of visiting patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Active NJ LPN license is required.
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited LPN program.
• Experience in med/surg or acute care, homecare/hospice a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Bringing care plans to life under the guidance of an RN

• Teaching and supporting patients with preventative and recovery care

• Ensuring services meet the highest standards of quality and compassion

• Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other care professionals

• Maintaining patient safety, documentation, and infection control standards

• Helping patients regain independence and dignity—one visit at a time

What You’ll Bring:

• A graduate of an NLN-accredited LPN program with an active NJ LPN license

• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care experience (homecare/hospice a plus!)

• Strong communication, time management, and tech skills

• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel

• A heart for care and a passion for helping others thrive
