Job summary

West Coast Wound is seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a mobile wound care team in the Phoenix area. You will travel locally to patients in homes or SNFs, primarily in Central Phoenix, providing in-home advanced wound care with extensive training and 24/7 support.

The role requires an AZ NP or PA license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. This is not a remote role; you will drive to patient locations and support full-time or part-time,

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an NP or PA in AZ.
• CPR Certified.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to treat patients.
• Perform wound care procedures during patient visits.
• Document patient diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and manage their care.
• Document findings and follow-up notes in patient charts.
