Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license in Florida.
• 1-3 years of advanced practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on wound care during home visits.
• Document visits in a timely and accurate manner.
• Debride wounds and apply topical wound care as appropriate.
• Coordinate with PCPs and other services to support wound healing.
• Assess patient needs and recommend tests, referrals, or DME as allowed by scope.
