Woundtech seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team for home visits in the West Dallas Fort Worth, TX area. This is a part-time role focused on managing wound care and documenting visits efficiently.

Responsibilities include debridement, topical wound care application, and coordinating additional services to improve healing outcomes. A valid license and autonomous practice are required, with 1–3 years of AP experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate nursing degree and NP certification or PA credential from an accredited program.
• National certification as NP or PA; wound care certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of advanced practice experience with an active license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maintain mobility; valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on care to patients during home visits as directed.
• Perform wound debridement by appropriate methods during visits.
• Apply topical wound care and manage wound products.
• Recommend related services to improve healing outcomes (labs, referrals, etc.).
• Educate patients and communicate with PCP/ referring physicians.
• Document visits promptly and accurately.
