Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a diligent Scheduling Coordinator to join our Marlton, NJ team. This full-time, in-person role will manage and coordinate schedules to support House Calls operations, ensuring smooth scheduling and higher team productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Administrative healthcare experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to navigate multiple software databases throughout the day.
• Maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor with patients and staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of managing high volumes of phone calls.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments according to Provider availability/area.
• Prioritize urgent appointment tasks and schedule accordingly.
• Ensure messages are completed and distributed appropriately.
• Reschedule patient appointments as needed.
• Review and update patient insurance information.
• Manage a high-volume workload with strong prioritization.
• Display excellent communication with staff and patients.
• Reach out to referring sources for scheduling issues.
