Ennoble Care in Marlton, NJ is seeking a diligent Scheduling Coordinator to join our House Calls team. This full-time, in-person role will manage and coordinate patient schedules to support growing operations and ensure smooth appointment flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required; Administrative healthcare experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and records.
• Ability to navigate multiple software databases during the day.
• Maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor with patients and staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication across mediums.
• Capable of handling high volumes of phone calls.
• Bilingual preferred to assist diverse patient base.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient appointments in adherence to provider availability/area.
• Prioritize urgent appointment tasks and schedule accordingly.
• Ensure messages are completed and distributed appropriately.
• Reschedule patient appointments as needed.
• Review and update patient insurance information.
• Manage high-volume workload with organized task prioritization.
• Display excellent communication skills.
• Contact referring sources for scheduling challenges from patients.
• Update account information at scheduling points.
• Maintain provider daily appointment quota.
• Schedule new patients within 3–5 business days.
• Handle insurance preauthorizations and calls to patients for providers.
