Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per Diem Physician to provide in-home health evaluations. The role involves 45-minute visits in members' homes, with potential virtual visits and travel within licensed states.

MDs and DOs with active licenses are preferred; multi-state licenses are a plus. Part-time weekly hours and competitive pay apply, along with benefits for per diem staff.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
• Able to cover Williamsport - Region.

• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, etc.).
