Job summary

Advanced Oxygen Therapy, Inc. (AOTI) seeks qualified independent contractors for the 1099 Patient Care Associate program in Contra Costa County, CA.

You will deliver, set up, and manage TWO2 therapy equipment, educate patients, and support adherence in home and community settings. This contract role requires a valid driver's license, your own vehicle, insurance, and willingness to travel within your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare services, home healthcare, medical equipment, patient support, customer service, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service commitments.
• Experience using mobile technology, tablets, and web-based applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate support to patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, setup, retrieval, and management of TWO2 therapy equipment.
• Educate patients regarding proper use of therapy equipment and prescribed protocols.
• Support therapy utilization and adherence.
• Document service activities using approved systems and platforms.
• Coordinate with AOTI clinical, operational, and customer support personnel.
• Identify and communicate patient concerns or equipment-related issues requiring escalation.
• Equipment cleaning, maintenance, and inventory management activities.
• Support service quality and patient satisfaction objectives.
