Advanced Oxygen Therapy, Inc. (AOTI) is hiring a Field-Based Account Support Representative for Brooklyn or Queens, NY.

You will deliver and set up TWO2 therapy equipment, educate patients, and drive engagement while coordinating with clinical teams to ensure optimal outcomes. We seek compassionate professionals with 3+ years of customer-facing experience, bilingual skills in English and another language, and reliable transportation for equipment handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience in patient-centered or customer-facing roles.
• Reliable transportation to deliver equipment.
• Ability to safely transport equipment in an enclosed vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule and perform delivery, setup, pickup, and cleaning within territory.
• Provide patients with education and support on products and guides.
• Motivate and support patients in therapy utilization with empathetic, goal-oriented coaching.
• Track patient therapy data via remote monitoring or manual hours.
• Monitor engagement and proactively interact to encourage and support patients.
• Coordinate with Wound Care Consultant and Virtual Therapy team for optimal therapy use.
