Advanced Oxygen Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Representative responsible for obtaining prior authorizations for procedural orders. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in a medical office or insurance procedures, as well as strong communication skills.

This full-time position is hybrid, located in Exton, PA, or Oceanside, CA, offering a salary range from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical office, insurance procedures, or billing.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with multiple payor portals is a plus.

• Ensure accurate entry of insurance and eligibility data.
• Perform insurance verification and handle authorization appeals.
