Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivery, setup, retrieval, and management of TWO2 therapy equipment.
• Patient education on proper use of therapy equipment and treatment protocols.
• Document service activities using approved systems.
• Coordinate with clinical, operations and customer support staff as needed.
• Identify and communicate equipment-related issues requiring escalation.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, maintenance and inventory.
