Job summary

Resilient Healthcare is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to deliver orthopedic care in patients' homes in North Texas. The role offers one-on-one, home-based sessions and collaboration with orthopedic surgeons and the hospital’s management company to ensure smooth care from surgery through recovery.

The position supports a modern care model bridging outpatient and home health, with mentorship for new grads and ample patient flow.

Qualifications

• Current TX Physical Therapist license.
• Outpatient orthopedic or home health experience preferred but not required.
• New grad training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to post-surgical and orthopedic patients in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physician assistants, and care managers to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options, exercises, and preventive measures.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Document all care in line with outpatient standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in case reviews and care team meetings.
• Work with and supervise PTAs.
