Qualifications

• TX Physical Therapist license required.
• 1 year outpatient orthopedic or home health experience preferred.
• Mentorship available for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based PT services to post‑surgical and orthopedic patients in their homes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about exercises and preventive measures.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement tailored plans.
• Document care per outpatient standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in case reviews and care team meetings.
• Work with and supervise PTAs.
