Responsabilités

Duties

• Provide evidence‑based physical therapy services to post‑surgical and orthopedic patients in their homes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and preventive measures.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Document all care in alignment with outpatient standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing case reviews and care team meetings.
• Work with and supervise PTAs.

Experience & Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in TX.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic or home health experience preferred but not required.
• If new graduate, training and mentorship will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑directed, with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
