Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver mobile primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Richmond, VA. You will assess health, create care plans, and work under physician supervision to manage chronic conditions.

Qualified candidates are board certified with VA NP/PA credentials, have 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients, and enjoy flexible scheduling with support from an in-house clinical team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in Virginia.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in and around Richmond, VA.
• Perform physical examinations and develop care plans.
• Communicate with clinical operations and office staff across platforms.
• Order diagnostics and prescribe medications and necessary interventions.
