Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Bartlesville, OK area on a part-time basis. You will work under a physician, applying medical techniques to diverse patients with chronic diseases in a home setting.

The role requires board certification in Oklahoma, 1–2 years of geriatric primary care, and strong clinical skills. Hospice experience is appreciated but not required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA with Oklahoma license.
• 1–2 years of primary care with geriatric patients.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients around Bartlesville.
• Perform physical exams, obtain histories, and create care plans.
• Coordinate with office staff across platforms and teams.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications and interventions as needed.
