Qualifications

• Board Certified with a valid NP/PA certification in Oklahoma.
• Strong clinical skills to treat, assess, and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and good people skills.
• 1-2 years of primary care with geriatric patients; hospice exp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in and around Tulsa, OK.
• Perform physical examinations and develop care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build trust with patients and families.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Order diagnostic tests as needed and prescribe medications.
• Support patients with appropriate medically necessary interventions.
