Ennoble Care seeks a part-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Bartlesville, Oklahoma region. The role reports to a supervising physician and emphasizes thoughtful, patient-centered care.

You will perform exams, update medical histories, create care plans, order tests, and prescribe appropriate medications. Hospice experience is a plus but not required; independence and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.
• Strong communication and independent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Bartlesville, OK area.
• Assess health through exams, histories, and care planning.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans; order diagnostics as needed.
• Prescribe medications and interventions; coordinate care with physician supervision.
