Job summary

Ennoblecare is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for full-time home-based primary and palliative care in Muskogee County, Oklahoma. The role includes conducting physical examinations, developing treatment plans, and providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will be board certified, possess strong clinical skills, and have at least 1–2 years of experience with geriatric patients. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to assess and diagnose patients.
