Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Bartlesville, Oklahoma region on a part-time basis. You will provide medical techniques under physician supervision and care for patients with chronic diseases.

Board-certified NP/PA in Oklahoma, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently are required. Hospice experience is appreciated but not mandatory; a flexible, patient-centered approach is

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in Oklahoma.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in and around Bartlesville, OK.
• Perform physical examinations, obtain histories, and create care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
