Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Northeast Oklahoma City, OK. You will work under a physician supervision to develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans while caring for a diverse patient panel.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in Oklahoma.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Ability to work independently and deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in Northeast Oklahoma City.
• Perform exams, obtain histories, and develop care plans.
• Communicate with staff across platforms and coordinate care.
• Order diagnostics and prescribe appropriate medications and interventions.
