Job summary

The Center for Human Services - Missouri is seeking a full-time Early Intervention Service Coordinator to support families of infants and toddlers. You will perform professional service coordination in-home, aligning with CHS’s mission and state requirements.

You will work from a home office, travel across the primary service area, and lead IFSP planning and coordination with the SPOE team. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a qualifying field with 1 year of experience with families and children.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience with families and young children.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance required.
• Background screenings and fingerprinting required before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and ongoing service coordination to families and children, leading the IFSP process.
• Coordinate services for the First Steps SPOE team reflecting compliance and timelines.
• Monitor family participation and assist with referrals to community resources.
• Attend and facilitate EIT meetings; document attendance and minutes in WebSPOE.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records from a home office with minimal supervision.
