Job summary

Vector Security is seeking a Home Technology Sales Representative in the Wilkes Barre area. The role focuses on prospecting, presenting Vector’s residential solutions to homeowners, builders, and small commercial owners, and meeting sales targets.

The position emphasizes closing deals, documenting agreements, and maintaining client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree preferred (HS diploma acceptable), strong prospecting and closing skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prospecting skills to build new business and relationships.
• Selling and customer service experience; ability to demonstrate value.
• Strong closing skills; overcome objections and negotiate.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sell Vector’s residential solutions and achieve sales orders, RMR and unit targets.
• Generate sales opportunities via cold calling, community involvement and partnerships.
• Follow up on assigned leads and maintain a high closing percentage, documenting status.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and certifications; educate customers about products and services.
• Nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
