Best Buy’s Geek Squad Cadet role involves traveling from the store to customers’ homes to assist with delivery and basic installation of technology. You’ll work alongside a seasoned Agent, handling appointments with care and asking the right questions to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with consumer electronics and willingness to learn about products.
• Ability to work well in a team and support store operations.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install and network basic settings in clients' homes, focusing on home theater tech.
• Maintain client communication to reveal issues and offer device protection recommendations.
• Assist with inventory and vehicle maintenance and support in-store repairs.
• Provide feedback and training to store teams to improve service quality.
