Job summary

Best Buy seeks a Geek Squad Installation Helper (Cadet) to travel from the Lexington store to customers’ homes for delivery, installation, and basic home theater setup. You will ask the right questions to enhance the customer experience and provide follow-up on recommendations, while learning through training and on-the-job experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork and proactive service, with opportunities to grow skills and advance within Geek Squad as you complete trainings and build product

Qualifications

• Experience with consumer electronics or tech products preferred.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and with a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and network consumer technology in clients' homes with a focus on home theater systems.
• Maintain client communication to share findings and recommendations.
• Assist with inventory, vehicle maintenance, and in-store repairs as needed.
