AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers’ homes across Arizona. Earn uncapped commissions with top performers reaching six figures, starting between $61,000 and $100,000 depending on geography and experience.

You'll meet with warm prospects, perform demos, assess Wi-Fi and delivery needs, and close sales. Training is provided, with ongoing coaching and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Field-based sales interactions with customers in their homes.
• Close deals using hands-on demos and service delivery.
• Maintain customer relationships and drive revenue within assigned territories.
