Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations and drive digital sales growth. You will ensure accurate and timely order completion while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will hire and coach a team, manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and maintain food safety and quality standards across high-volume orders. This role emphasizes collaboration and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading home shopping or retail operations.
• Ability to manage labor planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with store systems and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns and refunds.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company standards.
