• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while handling substitutions and refunds.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment including picking, staging, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure use of Home Shopping technology and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor KPIs like order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, and customer satisfaction.
• Create schedules aligned with volume and productivity; manage inventory impacts on orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates; uphold safety and standards.
