Bee's Plumbing & Heating in the Seattle area seeks a hands-on Sales Manager to lead the sales team across plumbing, installation, sewer, and electrical services. You’ll own hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and daily leadership, while coordinating with field managers to balance capacity and customer commitments.

The role blends sales strategy with field coaching, aiming to improve close rates, ticket sizes, and customer satisfaction through transparent pricing and non‑pressure guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales management experience with direct responsibility for hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Demonstrated success developing a sales team and improving results in an in-home sales environment.
• The ability to turn sales data into practical coaching, clear priorities, and accountable follow-through.
• Proficiency with field service management or customer relationship management software.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local ride-alongs and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, schedule, and directly manage the sales team across service lines.
• Set clear individual and team goals, hold regular one-to-ones and team huddles, and provide ongoing feedback and recognition.
• Conduct performance reviews, build development plans, and address performance concerns directly and constructively.
• Manage territory and route assignments, team schedules, and coverage.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for plumbing service, installation, sewer, and electrical.
• Track close rate, average ticket, revenue per call, and membership or maintenance‑plan attachment rates.
• Use ServiceTitan or an equivalent platform to identify trends and coaching opportunities by salesperson and service line.
• Build clear dashboards and share weekly performance summaries with ownership and leadership.
• Use performance data to refine pricing presentations and incentive or commission structures, rewarding both results and integrity.
