Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in home services or similar.
• Strong knowledge of sewer and drain systems and repairs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales consultations with customers and members.
• Assess needs, diagnose sewer and drain concerns, and propose repairs.
• Explain findings and service options in clear, professional language.
• Apply knowledge of plumbing, camera operation, and tools.
• Monitor progress to keep projects on contract timelines.
• Collaborate with Field Drain Technicians, Supervisors, and Coordinators.
• Resolve contractual and job-performance concerns with customers.
