Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Home Services Inspector to protect homes through comprehensive termite and pest solutions. The role emphasizes earning potential through base pay plus commissions, with a company vehicle and full benefits, including a 401(k) plan.

You will conduct thorough inspections, explain solutions clearly, and build trust with customers while meeting sales goals. No prior pest control experience is required as Orkin provides training.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you!
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Win over customers with confidence and care by listening to needs and explaining practical solutions.
• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads; leverage the advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address questions, set expectations, and provide recommendations.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company-provided iPad with training provided.
