Qualifications

• Previous customer service, inside sales, scheduling, or similar experience preferred.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, selling services, and asking customers to schedule.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Ask effective questions to understand and qualify customer needs.
• Explain services, capabilities, pricing, and the value of working with Mr. Handyman.
• Convert qualified inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Follow up with customers who have requested service but have not yet scheduled.
• Identify opportunities for additional repairs and home improvement work.
• Schedule and dispatch Service Professionals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and scheduling information in our system.
