Vailes Brothers Inc. seeks an Home Services Comfort Consultant with HVAC experience or proven sales background to blend technical know-how with customer relationships.

You will explain HVAC systems and provide clear recommendations, helping customers find the right solutions. What We're Looking For:

• HVAC industry experience as a technician, installer, or in another field-based role or proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but HVAC professionals looking to transition into sales are encouraged to apply
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable explaining HVAC systems, recommendations, and solutions in a way customers can easily understand
• Motivated to identify opportunities, follow up with customers, and work toward sales goals
• Proactive, adaptable, and professional approach
• Self-motivated with a desire to develop and grow within a sales career
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
