Job summary

Fogarty's Home Service in Windsor, CT is seeking an energetic Appointment Center Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners and collaborate with the Sales Team to deliver exceptional service.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads for in-home evaluations, and maintain accurate CRM records while supporting a high-energy team focused on hitting targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of appointment setting and calendar management experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of construction, remodeling, or home service preferred
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a warm telephone presence
• Strong computer skills, with CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite
• Team-player mindset with willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments by handling inbound calls and qualifying leads for in-home evaluation
• Lead management & CRM: input and maintain detailed customer records and appointment details
• Follow-up with leads, trade show contacts, and missed appointments to convert them into scheduled appointments
• Provide general information about our products and services and build rapport with customers
• Coordinate with Sales Team to manage calendars and maximize revenue opportunities
• Meet overall department goals and objectives
