Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route to become a Pro.
• Prepare and install home services including, but not limited to, attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
• Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as a problem solver for your customers to decide on the most efficient and effective pest solutions for their needs.
• Complete all required service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.
