Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required for managing a pest control service route.
2. Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
4. Interact with customers by setting expectations and guiding them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
5. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most effective pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
6. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based tasks.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform job duties safely, with or without accommodations, including:

• Using ladders safely within weight limits.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
• Wearing PPE, including respirators when necessary.
• Working in various weather conditions.
