Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills necessary for managing a pest control service route as a Pro.
• Prepare and install home services including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
• Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
• Interact with customers by setting expectations and explaining processes to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as a problem solver to recommend the most efficient pest solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Complete all service documentation using your hand-held device for speed and accuracy.
