Orkin is hiring a Pro (Termite Pro) to perform essential home service installations along a daily route, prioritizing safety and customer care. You'll complete tasks reliably, on rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, and other environments, while building a stable career with advancement opportunities.

Starting pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with paid training, potential increases and promotions, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including a company vehicle, gas card, health

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and follow a scheduled route.
• Compliance with state and local laws and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations and crawl space protection.
• Complete service-related documentation accurately.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin professionally.
• Work in diverse environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
