Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Pro (Termite Pro) to perform essential home service installations and support safety-first service delivery. You’ll follow a scheduled route to install solutions that improve comfort and protection, with opportunities for advancement and pay increases.

This role requires a high school diploma, ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid), and willingness to work in varied environments from rooftops to crawl spaces.

Qualifications

• No Pest Control Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory
• Prepare and install services such as: Attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, Gutter protection systems and Radiant heat barriers
• Complete all required service-related documentation
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
• Operate a company vehicle safelyOccasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
• Perform duties in all weather conditions
