Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Pro (Termite Pro) to join our pest control team on a daily route, performing service installations across homes. Starting pay is $20-$22 per hour, with paid training, opportunities for raises and promotions, and a company vehicle provided.

No prior pest control experience is required; we train you. You’ll need a high school diploma and the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; training provided
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• Must meet physical requirements and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations and crawl space encapsulations
• Complete service-related documentation
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride
• Work in rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Prioritize safety in equipment use and work environments
• Perform duties in all weather conditions
