• $23-25per hour based on experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

As aCare Coordinator, you will:

• Serveas a resource for technical questions, applications, and problem-solving
• Evaluate, Plan, Coordinate, and ManageHomecare Aides to ensure the client's and the company's best interests
• Maintain a good standing relationship with the Community Care Unit
• Ensurethat client and employee records are complete and current
