Guild Garage Group LLC in Rockville, MD is seeking a results-driven Home Service Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you’ll build lasting relationships with homeowners, assess garage door needs, and turn insights into superior solutions.

You’ll manage the entire sales cycle, generate new leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, provide accurate estimates, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project

Formación

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in the trades or home services industry (preferred)
• A passion for customer service and building long-term client relationships
• Tech-savvy with experience using ServiceTitan (or willingness to learn)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Participate in ongoing product and sales training

Pay Range

$90,000 - $110,000 USD
